Smriti Meditation Benches are constructed with high quality materials, including a soft 100% wool fabric and solid wood seat and legs. The legs are hinged, allowing you to carry your meditation bench with you and requiring less space for storage. Based on a design of benches that sell for nearly twice as much, the Smriti meditation bench is built with a slight angle to support your back and help you comfortably maintain a straight spine. You can sit either in a cross-legged position (lotus or easy pose, for example) or in a kneeling position. The benches are available in two heights, standard and tall.
